As part of its commitment to enhancing healthcare services and staying abreast of emerging trends, MOH is launching an artificial intelligence (AI) screening project specifically targeting diabetic retinopathy and Macular Degenerations. The project is being spearheaded by Bahwan Healthcare in partnership with Japanese principal company M/s Topcon. This innovative screening solution promises to revolutionize early detection and management of retinal diseases in Oman.
