Bahwan Healthcare Centre sponsored the MOH-DGMS workshop on the mechanism of ordering and securing item supplies at DGMS, held on 25th June 2025. The workshop was attended by Surgical and Medical Stores personnel and Hospital In-charges from all the MOH Hospitals across Oman. The workshop was beneficial to provide comprehensive understanding of ordering mechanisms for medical supplies including new items, equipment-associated items and annual tenders. Discussions were held about the challenges faced by health institutions in implementing these mechanisms, solutions to overcome identified challenges and constructive communication between the Directorate and its partners.
