Bahwan Healthcare’s Medical Equipment Division has successfully installed the Canon Aquilion Lightning 80 slice CT at M/s Stratum Reservoir, Muscat on 25th August 2025. The Aquilion Lightning CT delivers high-quality imaging at low doses, powered by the AiCE engine and PUREViSION detectors. This model is the Canon workhorse model CT and will be extensively used by Stratum for non-destructive analysis of reservoir core samples to determine rock properties like porosity, lithology, and microscopic pore structure.
